With more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, Jodie Bell has built an exceptional foundation of expertise — having contributed to leading firms such as Sanofi-Aventis, Amgen, Genentech and Janssen. Drawing on a B.A. in Communications from Morgan State University, she combines deep commercial insight with polished communication skills to drive value for organizations and teams. At the helm of Pharma Training Solutions Inc., Jodie’s vision is to equip pharmaceutical companies with modern, high-impact training platforms, enabling their sales teams to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape. She is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies—such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR)—to deliver immersive learning experiences that sharpen skills, deepen engagement and elevate strategic performance.  By focusing on tools and resources that enable sales professionals to practice, refine and apply their craft in simulated, high-fidelity environments, Jodie aims to enhance the way we communicate and connect with healthcare professionals—ensuring that every interaction is more focused, purposeful and effective.
